For the purposes of the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999, of 13 December, as well as Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approved the enabling legislation of Act 15/1999, SEATRA S.L. hereby informs the user of the existence of a database containing the personal data of customers which is registered at the AEPD (State Data Protection Agency) in the name of SEATRA S.L. The purpose of the database in question is to manage the user’s contractual relationship with us, as well as carrying out promotional and advertising activities by any means, including sending commercial messages which may be of interest to you by SMS, email, postal mail, etc.

In accordance with the provisions of Act 15/1999, of 13 December, the clients and users of www.seatra.es may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, objection and cancellation over their personal data by sending an email to info@seatra.es or by writing to Calle Cronos 20. Bloque 3 - 3º Oficina 5. 28037- Madrid. In its use of the data included in the database, SEATRA S.L. undertakes to maintain their confidentiality and use them in accordance with the purpose of the database, and to comply with its obligation to store the data and adopt all measures to prevent any unauthorised alteration, loss, processing or access, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations on Security Measures for automated databases containing personal data, approved by Royal Decree 994/1999, of 11 July.
